3. Country & Cultural Representation
- Each contestant must represent a recognized country, territory, or cultural community.
- Representation must be approved by an official National Director where applicable.
- Dual nationality applicants must declare which country they will officially represent.

4. Character & Conduct Standards
- Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect.
- No history of criminal conviction that conflicts with the organization's values.
- Social media presence must reflect positive and respectful behavior.

5. Availability & Commitment
- Contestants must be available for rehearsals, official events, media appearances, and the final competition.
- Attendance at mandatory activities is required unless formally excused.
- Willingness to travel internationally if required.

- By participating, contestants grant Miss Duniya the right to use photographs, videos, and interviews for promotional purposes.
- Content may be used across digital, print, television, and social media platforms.
- No additional compensation will be provided for promotional usage unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Code of Professional Conduct
- Participants must maintain respectful behavior throughout the competition period.
- Defamatory statements or misconduct may lead to disciplinary action.
- Miss Duniya reserves the right to revoke titles if standards are violated.

4. Winner Responsibilities
- The titleholder agrees to serve as a global ambassador for the duration of her reign.
- Participation in approved humanitarian, charitable, and promotional events is mandatory.
- The winner must uphold the brand image and values of Miss Duniya at all times.

5. Organizational Rights
- Miss Duniya reserves the right to amend rules at any time to comply with international standards and regulations.
- The organization may interpret rules at its sole discretion.
- All decisions by the judging panel and organizing committee are final.
